Confirmation Policy

Because I place great value on your time as well as my own, it is my policy to confirm all appointments

no later than 12 noon on the business day prior to the day of your appointment.

This is easily accomplished by simply responding to either a text message or a phone call you will receive from me on the morning of the business day (Mon-Fri) prior to the day of your appointment, or by an alternate, previously agreed upon confirmation arrangement that will work for you.

*** It is very important that you confirm, cancel, or reschedule your appointment upon notification,

and no later than 12 noon of that day.

Should you fail to confirm, cancel, or reschedule your appointment by noon on the business day prior to your appointment, that appointment may be offered to the next person on the waiting list and you may be removed from the schedule
